Need to have skilled with carpentry tools, measurements & materials. Be able to inspect and conduct repairs or replacement. Skills needed to lay out flooring, roofing and drywall. High School Diploma (or equivalent), Valid Driver's License, Significant work history as a carpenter. Able to work occasional weekends. Good physical condition, stamina & dexterity.
